Rock Rescue
COURSE CONTENT
Our one day self rescue course delivers comprehensive practical
instruction and simulations geared to develop your ability to construct
and manage improvised rescue systems. It includes:
· Advanced knots & anchors coverage.
· Improvised raising systems.
· Improvised lowering systems.
· Rope ascending techniques.
· Problem solving skills in realistic simulations.
This course is appropriate for anyone doing multi-pitch climbs
and who has an understanding of the basic knots and anchors used
in climbing
We provide all the technical climbing equipment required to participate
in the course. The program is run at a 6 to 1 ratio.

Aid Climbing
COURSE CONTENT
This two day course provides the coverage of aid climbing techniques
needed to begin exploring routes with sixth class terrain. From
clean aid and piton craft to jumaring and hauling, you'll learn
the methods and organization required for this demanding and exciting
facet of climbing. Including:
· Aid climbing movement & sequences.
· Jumaring and cleaning techniques.
· Anchors and hauling systems.
· Clean aid placements: nuts & cams.
· Use of pitons, copperheads & hooks.
· Setting up Porta-ledges and Haul bags
· Big wall living & organization.
Rock Three or previous lead climbing experience is essential. This
program also provides tricks for quickly getting past that tough
crux on a long free climb.
We provide all technical aid climbing equipment required to participate
in the course. The program is run at a 4 to 1 ratio.

WHAT NEXT?

in this program requires prior lead climbing experience. A previous
rock rescue course is helpful in that it provides
a deeper understanding of complex rope systems. If you're looking
